Ranks As The Worst For This Hot Housing Trend.

New Jersey, despite being the most densely populated state in the country, ranks dead last for tiny house living due to government regulations and restrictions on housing and building. While the state's conditions are suitable for the tiny house trend, the complex rules, and regulations, along with Pinelands regulations, hinder the development of tiny houses in New Jersey.
