Jersey City’s new St. Lucy’s shelter is complete, with 34 more emergency beds and even a heated side

The new shelter building opened after two years of construction. The shelter includes affordable housing, transitional housing, and supportive services. The shelter has 80 emergency beds and 14 beds for men and women with HIV/AIDS.
