There's A Push In NJ To Build Affordable Housing In Backyards. Here's What Town Are Doing.

Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) are becoming popular solutions for addressing the affordable housing shortage across the country, allowing for more housing options on single-family properties. Proposed legislation in New Jersey aims to incentivize towns to allow ADUs and provide funding for homeowners to build these units, potentially offering a solution to the housing crisis in the state.
