The Human Services Department has announced a $6.2 million funding initiative to support neighborhood and population-specific outreach services for unsheltered individuals in Seattle. Starting in 2025, selected agencies will use a team-based model to help individuals access shelter, stable housing, and essential services, working collaboratively with the City’s Unified Care Team. Applications are open for four service areas, with a focus on comprehensive and consistent outreach across all Seattle neighborhoods.
