Gaining a Better Understanding of How CoCs are Working Statewide and Suggestions for Improvement

This is exactly my concern as I see fundraising organizations like M25 which is very strong in my county. Silos are allowing organizations like M25 gain momentum with housing the homeless as if they are the only solution. We are working on improving our case management within our organization right on grounds to provide better services and if they are willing to join us, we would partner(at some level) with M25 to end "chronic" homelessness. Right now, they take a subtle message of making the public think they are "ending homelessness" which we all know is virtually impossible with the next individual dependencies on alcohol or opioid addictions, the next mental illness and the next loss of job which contributes to our unfortunate homeless situations.
