This is the third installment in our series on Ocean County’s use of $12.5 million in ARPA funds to address homelessness. Part One provided an overview of the awards, and Part Two detailed the $5 million awarded to Bright Harbor Healthcare for a Young Adult Bridge Housing program. The remaining $7.5 million has been allocated to HABcore, Inc., Family Promise of the Jersey Shore, and Bright Harbor Healthcare for the "Acquisition for Innovations to Address Homelessness" program, which focuses on providing emergency shelter and permanent housing solutions for the homeless in Ocean County, New Jersey.
